EXAMPLE BOOTCAMP BEACH TRAINING DAY

Each Bootcamp Beach training day is varied and fun. Below is an example of a boot camp training day:

6:45 Wake up call
7:00  Early Morning PT
8:00  Breakfast
9:00 Circuit Training on the Beach
10:00   Battle March (hike across Dorset coastline with Bergens)
12:15 Boxercise
13:00 Lunch at the Hotel
13:30   Q & A session with Nutritionist
14:00 Battle PT
15:15  Command Task
16:15   Shuttle Runs
17:00  Dinner at the Hotel
18:00 Spa & chill-out time

Battle March, Battle PT and Command Tasks are varied and fun each day. Battle PT includes activities such as: stretcher-runs, log racing and obstacle courses. Command Tasks are fun, problem-solving exercises which encourage team bonding, helping to develop an individual’s self-confidence.  There are many other activities including cycling along the sea-front and surf / paddle boarding lesson.

Snack breaks and breaks are incorporated throughout the training day. 

The exercise programme works all major muscle groups including, abs, bums and tums. The mixture of cardio and resistance training will speed up your metabolism to maximise fat burning and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Guests are encouraged to use the Spa following dinner. It is important for guests to relax to allow the body to recover and to enjoy some ‘me time’. Spa facilities include: indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) heated swimming pools, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi whirl-pool, gym and outdoor tennis court.
